Amy Russell is a successful, forward-thinking, and creative business owner that believes that she was born to be an entrepreneur to make a difference. She is a serial entrepreneur and business consultant with a passion for using innovation to enhance the quality of life. Amy is the founder and CEO of multiple innovative corporations such as Four-N-One Delivery, a creative new delivery service that seeks to be an industry disrupter and completely change the face of delivery services in North America, and ALR Chauffeured Transportation, a ground transportation company with an unwavering commitment to providing luxury transportation services. A keen visionary with a relentless entrepreneurial spirit, she discovered her zest for business at the tender age of 10 and has ever since honed a great desire to become a successful entrepreneur.

Having built 13 businesses from the ground up, Amy has developed a keen sense of the corporate world and has exercised a great amount of creative vision and seeks to share her knowledge with the world. Outside of her busy business schedule, Amy’s true passion is teaching inner-city kids’ entrepreneurship through the values of hard work, diligence, and consistency. Through her new company, Four-N-One Delivery, she has found an outlet for this passion and has developed the Young Entrepreneurship Program to give back to the community that she loves so dearly. A true believer in hard work, teamwork, and community involvement gifted with incredibly refined business acumen and practical savvy, Amy is a force to be reckoned with and promises to become a respectable contender in any industry that she dips her toes into.

Randal Alexander – Chief Technology Officer

Randal Alexander – Chief Technology Officer

Randal brings 20 years of experience in web analysis, design, development, and management of web and Linux based software applications. With a solid understanding of the software development life cycle and the phases of analysis design, development, and testing, he has a 360-degree view from concept to closure.

Passionate about web and application development, he loves learning and implementing new and innovative technologies to solve challenging problems. He works closely with his clients to articulate their vision, using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create a mockup, and then develops a custom WordPress theme to match the design and desired functionality. He is fluent in HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. His experience in project management and knowledge of IT practices help him to facilitate multi-dimensional projects from start to finish.

Craig Minyard – Chief Financial Officer

For more than 20 years, Craig has served in a number of financial leadership roles for technology companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar private and publicly traded businesses.  Most recently, he served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Management at the Federal Reserve National IT Services in Richmond, Virginia.  Craig began his career at Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of North Texas.  Craig has led financing rounds across the spectrum of equity and debt securities.  He is focused on the intersection between financial, sales and technology aspects of the business.

Kemya Scott is a marketing strategist with over 25 years’ experience developing branding, marketing, and content strategies for businesses across multiple industries.
A native of Philadelphia, PA, Kemya earned her BBA and MBA in Marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, and has used her talents as both an employee and consultant for product- and service-based businesses. Her diverse skill set includes creating brand strategies for startups, managing sampling programs, producing offline and virtual events, securing sponsorships, designing digital marketing assets, and developing engaging content to disseminate throughout the entire customer journey.

In addition, she has served as VP and Membership Chair for the Society of Design Administration, Atlanta Chapter, and the Sponsorship Chair for the Atlanta Canstruction® event, a unique competition specifically for the AEC industry. This event, founded by SDA, has become an international charity, with millions of pounds of food being donated to organizations all around the world.

Kemya is the Author of two Amazon best-selling books, I’m On Social Media, Now What Do I Say? and Sell More Books: How to Create a 90-Day Marketing Campaign. In addition, she is the Co-Author of You Need It, I Got It!: Conversations with Global Entrepreneurs on Growing Your Audience, Visibility & Influence, and The Community Book Project: Celebrating 365 Days of Gratitude: 2022 Edition, both of which also reached Amazon Best Seller status.

As the Chief Marketing Officer at Four-N-One, she brings a broad range of skills amassed while working with businesses of all sizes, from small startups through Fortune 500 companies, in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sector . She will lead the marketing efforts of Four-N-One, to generate brand awareness and recognition, to ultimately drive sales.

Having worked with multiple award-winning companies praised for disruption and innovation, Kemya is excited to work with a startup poised to disrupt the U.S. delivery industry.

Camille Martin– Director of Customer Service

Camille Martin is a highly strategic, outgoing, and motivated thought-leader with proven experience driving customer success across multiple programs, training high-performance teams, and driving continuous process improvements that boost customer satisfaction. She brings over 20 years of experience to the table that outline customer service, training, employee performance, and supervision. Camille has been recognized by key industry leaders for maintaining proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations in the insurance, cable, and telemarketing industries.

A dedicated manager, she continuously implements an “above and beyond” philosophy when working with clients, as she believes in a first-call resolution when handling requests and remaining proactive in handling issues. Above all, she is always making sure that her teams understand and encompass her philosophy on a daily basis. Camille Martin is the customer service director at Four-N-One-Delivery, where she is in charge of the daily management of customer relations.

Camille is a graduate of Oral Roberts University and a native to Chicago, Illinois. Her customer centric attitude and execution is what makes her an ideal fit for the position at Four-N-One Delivery where she plans on setting the customer service industry and delivery service on fire.

Rhonda Price has twenty-five years of continual management experience; has been employed within the Region IV Head Start System in a management position and education sector for non-profit organizations as a Site Director. Rhonda provided support and advice to operational manager’s executive staff. She is particularly experienced in the areas of recruitment and employment, training and development, and labor relations.

Rhonda built relationships to assist the families and employees she served by partnering with IThink Credit Union, the Atlanta Food Bank, local schools and universities to enhance awareness of company initiatives.

Rhonda Price earned a bachelor’s degree from Troy University, Troy Alabama in Education. She is trained in the area conflict resolution, mediating and disputes; and is currently preparing for the SHRM Certification.

Donna Smith Bellinger is the CEO of DS Bellinger Consulting, LLC and has more than 40 years of corporate sales and leadership experience. She is a strategic, no-nonsense consultant who is committed to driving results for her clients. Having worked in both corporate and entrepreneurial sectors, Donna is familiar with both worlds and well versed in the challenges each sector faces, as well as how to overcome those challenges.

Donna began her management career in vocational education for numerous trade and technical schools, serving as Admissions Director and Assistant School Director. She later transitioned to certified trainer and sales manager for various IT firms. Her experience working with different types of professionals across a wide range of industries has expanded her communication skills so she can relate to each type of professional in a sales conversation. It’s that ability to relate to her prospects and speak their language that has made her so successful as a sales professional, and that’s the secret she teaches her clients. She simplifies the sales process, so her clients learn how to have better sales conversations and close more deals.

In addition to being an award-winning sales coach and speaker who has been recognized by media and nonprofit organizations, Donna is currently serving as interim Director of Sales at Four-N-One.
